For friends planning on traveling to Australia (or Aussie friends, too!)

I want to do a trip in the outback - right now I am thinking Darwin and surrounds but I am open to ideas. I imagine we won’t be a massive group, so we will collaborate on the plan. I am also open to a winery tour in SA 💁‍♀️
